MILK PASTEURIZERS:

We produce plate pasteurizers for 200 up to 10.000 L per hour capacities. Our plate pasteurizers are according to the CE standards with connection possibilities for separator and homogenizer.

-          Pre-storing tank

-          Electric-boiler

-          Product pump

-          Leckage valve

-     Line recorder with alphanumeric display

-     Possible temperature range up to 140°C (with damp)

 

Our plate pasteurizers are built with electric-, or damp heating in PA, PAW and PAC alternatives.

The whole equipment is built from STAINLESS STEEL.

This equipments are used for the following products: consumer milk, cream, vessel milk for cheese or cottage, grape, must and apple juice, bottled- and draught beers, yolk and mixed egg fluids for noodles and for wine as well.

CUP-FILLERS:

 

Automatic cup-filler type „Savannah” with a capacity (depends on the product and the filling volume) of 500-4000 cups per hour for filling liquid and viscouse products.

Cupformat: round, with a cover diameter 75 (or 95) mm.Filling volume is adjustable 100-500 ml.

The machine has the following work-stations:

·        Automatic cup dispenser

·        Date marker

·        Piston-dosage station with liquid valve

·        Valve for semi-liquid products

·        Cap speeder station

·        Welding station with a 75 mm welding head for plastic coating aluminium caps, polypropilen caps or paper caps

·        Cup ejection station withguide rail

The automatic cup-fillers are working with an electromechanical indexing gear, as alternative with programmablePLC unit with digital display, central pneumatic valve-block, safety-system with sensors, at the cup dispenser station and at the welding station. The work-stations are mechanic- and electro-pneumatic operated.

The machine is completely from stainless steel.
